Role overview
McCabes Pharmacy in Westport, County Mayo is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join the team in a permanent, full-time onsite role. What you will do
- Prepare and dispense prescriptions with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
- Maintain prescription records and handle monthly HSE PCRS claim processing.
- Offer practical over-the-counter guidance to customers and patients.
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable service and help build trusted relationships.
- Oversee dispensary stock, including expiry checks, ordering, and smooth day-to-day control of supplies.
- Contribute through initiative, including personal development, team-based work, and fresh ideas.
Essential qualification
Applicants must have completed the IPU Pharmacy Technician course or hold a Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies.
