Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pest control service while communicating clearly and keeping the customer experience front and center.
• Inspect homes and businesses inside and outside to identify pest concerns, with full training provided.
• Explain what you found, respond to customer questions, and suggest services that help customers feel informed and protected.
• Work safely at all times by following company procedures when using equipment and applying treatments.
• Use company vehicles, tools, and materials carefully and in line with established best practices.
• Record inspection results, service details, and customer interactions accurately using handheld devices.

Compensation and benefits

• Expected first-year earnings are between $50,000 and $60,000, plus commission.

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain the required pesticide license within 90 days of employment; the company covers the cost.
• Ability to use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight limit.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and similar areas.
• Willingness to wear PPE, which may at times require an OSHA-compliant respirator.
