Role overview
This is a remote, full-time permanent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant. The position is being hired for a client and is suited to someone who wants to build a long-term career in administration, executive support, and wider business operations.
The role is entry level and includes complete training, making it a strong option for people with no prior PA background. Applicants from customer service, retail, hospitality, or office-based roles are also encouraged to apply.
The base salary is £28,000–£32,000 per year, and the role is described elsewhere as offering £30,000 per annum. The working arrangement is fully remote.
What you will do
- Keep diaries organised, arrange appointments, and manage meeting schedules.
- Book travel and create itineraries whenever needed.
- Monitor emails, correspondence, and incoming queries.
- Draft reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
- Maintain secure digital records and filing systems.
- Set up meetings and record notes when required.
- Assist with business projects and general administrative work.
- Communicate with internal colleagues and outside contacts.
- Carry out routine office and admin support tasks.
Skills and experience
The successful candidate should be highly organised, comfortable balancing multiple priorities, and able to work with discretion and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication is important, along with a proactive, professional attitude.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is needed. Prior experience in administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar office environment would be helpful, but it is not mandatory.
No previous personal assistant experience is required because full training will be provided.
