This opportunity is for an experienced Private Lifestyle Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a successful entrepreneur and UHNWI. The role is fully remote and involves delivering smooth, high-touch support across both business and personal matters.

You will work closely with a Founder, helping to keep day-to-day commitments, private life and professional priorities organised and running efficiently. The position suits someone who can work independently, stay several steps ahead, and resolve issues before they become problems.

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience

What the role involves

The successful candidate will provide a combination of business support and personal/lifestyle assistance, acting as a reliable right hand to a busy Founder. A strong sense of initiative, discretion and calm organisation is essential.

Key requirements

Background working as a Private PA, Lifestyle Assistant, Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant for a Founder, entrepreneur or HNWI/UHNWI
Ability to juggle several priorities at once while remaining highly organised
Hands-on experience supporting both professional and private matters
Natural problem-solver who can anticipate needs without being prompted
Clear communicator who handles sensitive information with complete confidentiality
Confident user of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and online collaboration platforms
Comfortable operating remotely with limited day-to-day oversight
