Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position focused on building outbound business development pipelines for AI data partnerships. The role supports the creation of training data and evaluation workflows that help companies improve AI models using expert input. You will work with enterprise prospects in areas such as finance, healthcare, and engineering to identify, qualify, and secure partnerships that contribute to the growth of frontier AI systems.

Remote, work from anywhere in the United Arab Emirates context.
Compensation
The annual payout for this role is between USD 70,000 and USD 150,000.
Key Responsibilities
The position involves prospecting, outreach, and partnership qualification across B2B accounts. You will be expected to create and manage lead pipelines, run structured outbound campaigns, and speak with decision-makers to address concerns around data sharing and compensation structures. A major part of the job is screening potential partner companies against set criteria and moving the strongest opportunities forward.
Required Experience and Tools
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation, and confidence in B2B sales conversations. You should be comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems, as well as building automated email sequences and multistep outreach flows. The work also calls for the ability to handle objections effectively, especially when discussions involve complex data or payment models.
