About the role

Operations at Revolut is centred on solving difficult problems at scale. The team builds efficient systems, works quickly and accurately, and brings creative thinking to challenges that affect the business globally.

This position is for a Product Operations Manager who will help define how the business expands and runs across international markets. The role focuses on high-impact initiatives that use market insight to solve problems, improve processes, and create better customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build a clear perspective on selected fintech areas and turn it into a long-term direction for the company and product teams.
• Act as a source of market intelligence by bringing external trends and insights back into strategy and departmental planning.
• Monitor competitive positioning and product performance across global markets.
• Support the assessment, planning, and launch of new business verticals.
• Shape the initial product offering and go-to-market approach for new expansion markets.

Requirements

• A minimum 2:1 degree from a leading university.
• A STEM or similarly quantitative qualification from a top-tier university.
• A strong history of exceptional achievement across academic, professional, or other areas.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-growing technology company in a product or strategy function.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• A mindset focused on customer-first design and solutions.

Preferred experience

• Experience building successful products, ideally in financial services, using data, customer feedback, practical judgment, and/or machine learning.
