Operations Administrator

Role overview

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity with a leading advertising business based in Dublin 15. The position sits within the Operations Department and focuses on keeping daily work moving smoothly, supporting service delivery, and making sure stock and reporting records stay accurate.

What the role involves

You will help organise job schedules, coordinate internal activity, and make sure operational tasks are completed on time. A key part of the job is supporting teams so that the right materials, equipment, and information are available when needed.

Key duties

• Plan and maintain work schedules so tasks are completed within the required timeframes.
• Assist in the coordination of operational services to support smooth delivery.
• Communicate with operational staff, warehouse colleagues, suppliers, and customers as needed.
• Track inventory levels and ensure supplies and equipment are in place to meet service demands.
• Keep records up to date and enter information accurately into company systems.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations and Warehousing teams.

Requirements

• Prior administrative experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or a related environment.
• Well-developed organisation and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work well with others.

Compensation

The position offers a salary of €33,000 per year.

Work arrangement

This is an on-site role in Dublin 15.
