Role overview
The OD Specialist will support the HR team by driving organizational development work, reviewing workforce data, and handling employee benefits administration. This position plays a key part in improving reporting quality, workforce planning, and decision-making through SAP SuccessFactors, while also helping strengthen employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain HR dashboards that monitor core indicators such as headcount, attrition, benefits usage, and budget performance.
- Produce analytical reports and actionable insights that support HR strategy and leadership decisions.
- Assist with organizational structure changes, workforce planning activities, and accurate data upkeep in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Handle position setup, employee movement updates, and reporting line maintenance in SAP SuccessFactors to preserve data quality and governance.
- Compile and prepare data for promotions, merit increases, and salary adjustments.
- Support benefits administration and prepare NRC packages according to company policy and budget limits.
- Contribute to workforce budget preparation, track budget consumption, and analyze variances.
- Prepare and verify bonus and incentive plans based on performance-related criteria.
- Ensure HR reports, audits, and compliance submissions are completed on time, including HCIS, RC, and survey requirements.
- Carry out data cleansing, maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors, and help improve HR processes continuously.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
Experience
The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, HR Analytics, or Benefits Administration.
Skills and competencies
- Strong analytical ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and support decisions.
- Clear communication and coordination skills for working across departments.
- High attention to detail in reporting, records, and HR transactions.
- Hands-on knowledge of HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS tools.
- Capability in data visualization and reporting using Power BI, Excel, and similar tools.
- Solid planning and organization skills for workforce planning and budgeting.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential employee information.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
- Awareness of compliance requirements, policies, and internal procedures.
