In this position, you will support real estate-related notarial and contract processes, coordinate with internal teams and outside partners, and help keep documentation and communication running smoothly. The role is based in Düsseldorf and starts immediately.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, provide, and monitor all required documents, especially purchase contracts, to support successful acquisitions, including follow-up work after notarization.
- Draft lease and purchase agreements through to signature readiness, and coordinate approval steps with the legal team whenever necessary.
- Serve as the main contact person for real estate matters for internal stakeholders and external partners, including notaries, public authorities, and municipalities.
- Assist the department and external service providers in preparing and finalizing contracts while maintaining strong contract quality.
- Handle written communication independently with owners, landlords, and notaries.
- Organize departmental operations such as scheduling appointments and managing email correspondence.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or vocational training as a notary assistant.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a notary office, ideally in real estate law or in drafting purchase agreements.
- Strong understanding of the purchase process for land and comparable rights.
- Hands-on experience with framework agreements and usage agreements for landlords.
- Very good command of both English and German.

Additional information
This is a full-time on-site role in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The company asks candidates to share their CV along with their expected salary. The hiring process usually includes two interview rounds before an offer is made.
