Job Description

Your workday will involve ensuring guests are not just satisfied but truly enthusiastic. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing all their needs and inquiries with passion. A key part of your role will be to create essential statistics and reports.

Qualifications

While your personality is valued above all else, an apprenticeship in the hotel industry is advantageous. Previous reception experience is desirable. You should possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for interacting with guests. Ideally, you will have local knowledge to provide authentic Hamburg insider tips. The ability to inspire both guests and colleagues is essential.
