About the Company
This opportunity is for a Team Lead role in merchandising for Lucknow. The employer is looking for someone with prior FMCG experience, and candidates should either already be living in Lucknow or be prepared to move there.
About the Role
The position focuses on store merchandising, membership operations, market activation, vendor coordination, and team supervision. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring process compliance, driving membership performance, and supporting local execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all SOPs and membership policy requirements without exception.
- Make sure every vendor involved in marketing and membership work follows company rules and standards.
- Drive achievement of store targets for new sign-ups, buying members, and renewals.
- Support market planning and activation activities.
- Prepare and submit reports in the required format and within the specified timelines.
- Complete membership-related activities on time and with accurate reporting.
- Assist with local execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Carry out work in line with instructions shared by the Head Office operations team.
- Recommend local promotional ideas and partner with the Head Office marketing team to increase store footfall.
- Identify damaged, worn, or missing signage promptly and report it for replacement or correction.
- Coordinate with external vendors and the Head Office marketing team to ensure work is delivered correctly and on schedule.
- Monitor competitor activity and share updates.
- Conduct member research inside and outside the store and report findings.
- Support the hiring process for associates.
- Supervise the associates managing the membership desk.
- Build, train, and motivate a strong team.
