Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position is for a Marketing Coordinator based in the Greater Glasgow Area. The role supports the development and delivery of marketing activity that promotes kosher travel experiences across digital channels. The person in this role will help create and refine marketing content, coordinate social media and email activity, and assist with promotional materials for tours and events.
Core Duties
The Marketing Coordinator will monitor campaign results, keep marketing schedules up to date, and work with both internal teams and outside partners to maintain a consistent brand presence. They will also support the promotion and organisation of online and in-person events, provide marketing materials to assist sales efforts, and contribute ideas that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to produce clear, engaging, and on-brand copy.
- Strong customer-oriented and sales-support skills, especially for activities that help generate and convert leads.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems and email marketing tools to run campaigns.
- Background in event planning and coordination, ideally within tourism, hospitality, or community-led initiatives.
- Solid project management skills, including task organisation, deadline tracking, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Working familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as social media channels, email tools, and basic analytics is an advantage.
- Excellent organisation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Interest in, or experience with, travel, tourism, hospitality, or Jewish community life is beneficial.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
