Responsibilities

• Study shopping patterns and customer preferences among wholesale and retail buyers using surveys and data analysis.
• Build social and economic area profiles to support industrial and commercial investment decisions.
• Compare marketing approaches used for industrial and commercial products.
• Draft reports, research articles, educational material, and other written outputs.
• Carry out analytical studies focused on marketing performance and trends.
• Create questionnaires for market research purposes.
• Assess customer service quality and the overall store environment.
• Prepare feasibility studies to support business decisions.

Specialized Knowledge

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. The role is focused on retail store market research.

Additional Requirements

A valid driver's licence is needed for transportation and travel-related duties.
