Manager - Precast

Role overview

The Manager - Precast will be accountable for one or more major areas of the precast value chain, which may include production, erection, planning, logistics, or design coordination. The position focuses on delivering precast components on schedule and to the required quality standards while meeting project expectations.

Key responsibilities

This role includes planning workstreams, leading site or yard teams, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring that quality, safety, and schedule targets are consistently achieved.

• Plan, organize, and direct the assigned precast function, whether it relates to production, erection, logistics, or a similar stream, so that activities remain aligned with the master schedule and project milestones.
• Work closely with design and engineering groups to review drawings and confirm that the precast elements are practical, buildable, and clearly defined for fabrication and installation.
• Track daily activities at the casting yard or erection location to make sure molds, reinforcement, embedded components, and concrete are handled and installed according to approved drawings and methods.
• Ensure all production or erection work follows applicable safety rules, quality assurance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with planning and procurement functions to secure timely availability of raw materials, embedded parts, lifting tools, and other support materials needed for uninterrupted execution.
