Role Overview
The Logistics Coordinator will help keep day-to-day shipping and delivery activities running smoothly in Riyadh. This position focuses on coordinating logistics work, monitoring shipment progress, maintaining records, and supporting the wider supply chain team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage everyday logistics activities, including shipments and delivery timelines.
- Monitor consignments and share timely progress updates with internal stakeholders.
- Keep logistics files, records, and reports accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight partners, and customs-clearing agents to support seamless movement of goods.
- Assist with administrative duties connected to inventory control and supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or a similar discipline is required.
- Previous experience of 0 to 1 year is expected; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong professional English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities are needed.
- Comfortable using MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
