Role overview
This position supports the stores function by receiving and unpacking non-medical supplies, then coordinating the preparation and packing of outgoing deliveries for different business units.
Key duties
- Check incoming stock against purchase orders and unpack items according to company standards.
- Assemble and prepare business unit orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, orderly store area with properly arranged shelving.
- Handle requests for business cards and stamps.
- Support day-to-day administration for the department, including helping with stock counts.
Education
A completed high school qualification is required.
Experience
The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or service setting.
Skills and knowledge
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Customer service principles and good practice
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft applications
