Role Overview
This position involves speaking with inbound buyer leads from 99acres, understanding what they are looking for, and identifying which prospects match the company’s qualification criteria. The role is centered on high-volume telecalling, lead assessment, CRM updates, and consistent follow-up to keep prospects engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound buyer enquiries received through 99acres.
- Manage a large daily call volume of around 100 to 150 calls.
- Capture buyer needs such as budget, property preferences, timeline, and buying intent.
- Assess and qualify leads using the defined evaluation framework.
- Record call outcomes and lead status accurately in the CRM system.
- Plan and track follow-ups to maintain active engagement with leads.
- Prepare and share daily as well as weekly productivity updates.
- Provide feedback that can help improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and people-handling skills.
- A graduation degree is required.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Interest in sales and a strong target-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-moving setting.
- Prior success in meeting sales targets will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
