Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Ras Al Khaimah is focused on end-to-end laundry processing. The person in this role will sort, wash, dry, and fold clothing and linens according to material type and care instructions. The job also involves safe use of laundry and ironing equipment, basic stain removal, accurate and timely handling of items, and keeping the workspace neat and orderly. In addition, the role may require packaging and labeling completed orders and coordinating with customers or delivery personnel when special handling instructions are involved.

Key Duties

• Separate garments and linens correctly and process them based on fabric type and care guidance.
• Operate washing, drying, ironing, and pressing equipment safely and correctly.
• Carry out basic stain treatment and support careful garment care throughout the process.
• Fold, package, and label finished items accurately before dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, hygiene, and safety in the work area.
• Support smooth communication with customers or delivery staff when special requests or care notes are involved.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on ability to manage laundry work, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packing items with care.
• Familiarity with fabric types, care labels, stain removal methods, and the safe operation of laundry and pressing machines.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Good time management and the ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-based environment.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to handling service instructions.
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods and lift or move laundry bags and similar items when needed.
• Experience in laundry, housekeeping, or garment care is helpful but not required.
