Role overview

Barclays is looking for a KYC Analyst in Noida to support first-class customer service while carrying out detailed due diligence and helping the business stay aligned with regulatory obligations. The role focuses on protecting customers and the organization through accurate checks, careful analysis, and professional handling of requests.

What you will do

• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests related to accounts, products, and services in a prompt and professional way.
• Carry out in-depth know-your-customer reviews and support due diligence activity.
• Work with teams across the bank to support and improve customer care processes.
• Maintain customer records and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Take part in training and development to strengthen knowledge, service quality, and job performance.
• Track relevant industry developments and apply best practices to customer care work.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team or senior manager when needed, without delay.
• Handle service activities through chat, email, and phone channels.

• Strong understanding of KYC principles and procedures used in financial services.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping daily work running smoothly.

Required background

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in a KYC-related stream is preferred, especially with customer due diligence work.
• Hands-on exposure to enhanced due diligence and client due diligence is required.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• There is no people-management responsibility at this level.
