Role Summary

This position is for a Kafka Administrator who can manage end-to-end Kafka administration along with Unix-related operational tasks. The role involves keeping Kafka infrastructure stable, secure, efficient, and well-supported while coordinating with other teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and oversee Kafka-driven data pipelines.
Work with complementary big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Storm.
Track Kafka cluster health and tune performance where needed.
Investigate and resolve Kafka-related technical problems.
Respond to customer questions and provide ongoing support.
Deliver administrative support for Kafka infrastructure.
Ensure high availability, strong performance, and security for Kafka environments.
Create and improve automation for Kafka platform operations.
Set up and manage Kafka topics, producers, consumers, and Python-based producer/consumer components for data exchange with other systems.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a graduate degree. Candidates with a B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization are also eligible to apply.
