The company is looking for a motivated Junior Front-End Developer from the MENA region to join its remote team. This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to work on modern websites, collaborate with different functions, and strengthen technical skills in a healthcare-oriented environment.

Role Overview

You will contribute to the development, refinement, and upkeep of responsive web experiences for marketing and client-facing use cases. The position involves both hands-on implementation and close coordination with design, marketing, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and update responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients.
• Translate visual designs and user interface concepts into reusable, maintainable front-end code.
• Help create digital marketing assets that improve campaign results and user interaction.
• Partner with designers, marketers, and project managers to implement layouts and functionality accurately.
• Assist with front-end improvements that support SEO, conversion optimization, and site performance objectives.
• Improve website speed, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers.
• Deliver consistent experiences on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Follow current web standards and usability best practices in day-to-day work.
• Support websites built on WordPress and similar CMS platforms.
• Update content, page templates, and layout elements as required.
• Find, troubleshoot, and fix interface and front-end issues.
• Test websites and features across devices and browsers to maintain reliable performance.
• Keep up with new front-end tools, frameworks, and development practices.
• Take part in code reviews, shared learning, and mentorship opportunities.
• Continue improving technical capability and contribute to workflow enhancements.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal builds. Experience supporting live websites or web applications is considered an advantage.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.

Technical Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is beneficial.
• Previous work with WordPress or another CMS is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SEO-conscious development practices.
• Comfort using Git and version control processes.
• Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Awareness of site performance optimization and browser compatibility standards.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Open attitude toward feedback and ongoing learning.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Profile

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or comparable CSS frameworks.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards such as WCAG.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and contemporary development workflows.
• English fluency is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
