IT Support Engineer

About the Role

Eil Global delivers IT services across Asia Pacific and EMEA, covering desktops, servers, networks, and data centre technologies. With headquarters in Adelaide, Australia, and a presence across multiple regions, the company is hiring skilled IT engineers to provide onsite support in Adelaide and nearby South Australian locations.

This position is for an IT Support Engineer working in an on-call, ticket-driven setup. The engagement may be arranged on a freelance, part-time, casual, or dispatch basis depending on service needs. Support will be required at sites such as McLaren Vale, Blewitt Springs, and other locations in South Australia.

Service coverage is expected to follow SBD or NBD support requirements, or be provided whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing reliable onsite technical assistance and maintaining a strong customer experience.

• Deliver desktop support and resolve hardware as well as software-related issues.
• Set up audio and video conferencing rooms and troubleshoot related problems.
• Carry out operating system installation and re-imaging tasks.
• Support network troubleshooting across LAN and WAN environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and associated network equipment.
• Respond quickly to technical incidents and service requests.
• Record support actions and resolutions according to company processes.
• Work closely with internal teams and client contacts to keep operations running smoothly.

Work Mode and Engagement

This is an onsite dispatch role with on-call, ticket-based service delivery. Engagement can be on a freelance, part-time, or casual basis, depending on business requirements.

Additional Requirements

Candidates should be able to communicate in Business English and local language.
