Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, network access, and account-related issues.
  • Diagnose and fix problems involving Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and connected peripherals.
  • Handle workstation setup, configuration, employee onboarding and offboarding, and the full device lifecycle.
  • Administer Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Drive, Groups, and the Admin Console, as well as Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Oversee user accounts, permissions, multi-factor authentication, and access controls across internal systems.
  • Provide support for SaaS tools, single sign-on integrations, and identity management platforms.
  • Assist with endpoint protection, patch deployment, encryption, vulnerability remediation, and device compliance efforts.
  • Contribute to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs by gathering evidence, carrying out controls, and preparing for audits.
  • Track and respond to security incidents, phishing alerts, and other suspicious events.
  • Keep records of laptops, software licenses, and other IT assets.
  • Support conference room systems, audio-visual equipment, and remote setup needs for distributed employees.
  • Write and maintain technical guides, knowledge base content, standard operating procedures, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
  • Participate in IT initiatives, upgrades, workflow improvements, and technology deployments.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, help desk work, or a closely related position.
  • Practical administration experience with both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Solid troubleshooting ability across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Background supporting SaaS applications, account provisioning, and identity management systems.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management and device administration tools such as JumpCloud, JAMF, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using ticketing or service management systems such as Jira or comparable tools.
  • Understanding of security fundamentals and compliance standards, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering reliable support in a busy environment.
