In this role, you will troubleshoot and fix hardware and software problems across desktops, laptops, and Apple devices. The position is commission-based, allowing you to work independently while maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults for desktops, laptops, and Apple products.
• Provide on-site IT support to home users and small businesses.
• Handle jobs independently while delivering professional, high-quality service.
• Travel to different customer locations as required.

Requirements

• Own ABN, NSW driver’s licence, and access to a car are mandatory.
• Demonstrated background in IT support for home users and small businesses.
• Strong practical knowledge of hardware setup and repair for desktops, laptops, and Apple devices.
• Screen replacement experience is considered an advantage.
• Mobile repair experience is considered an advantage.
• Reliable work habits, with punctuality and professional conduct.
