About the Internship

Apollo Home Healthcare Limited, a trusted name in home healthcare and part of the Apollo Hospitals group, is seeking a motivated Human Resources (HR) Intern. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and training within a leading healthcare organization. The internship is based in Hyderabad and is designed for individuals eager to contribute to our mission of providing international-standard home healthcare in India.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Identify and establish partnerships with institutions, colleges, and consultants to broaden recruitment channels.
• Organize and conduct campus interviews, job fairs, and similar recruitment events.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, employment exchanges, and walk-in drives.
• Facilitate on-campus training programs through the company's learning center.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Must be able to commence the internship between June 9, 2026, and July 14, 2026.
• Must be available for the entire duration of 6 months.
• Possess relevant skills and a strong interest in human resources and healthcare.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
