Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee and manage HR operations, implement HR policies, handle employee relations matters, and contribute to overall HR management. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, supporting the recruitment process, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess experience in HR Management and HR Operations to oversee and coordinate effective workforce processes. A strong understanding of HR Policies and compliance is necessary to ensure adherence to legal and organizational guidelines. Excellent Employee Relations skills are required to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture. A comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices is expected. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, and prior HR experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
