Role Overview

This is a remote hourly contract role for a new graduate as a Human Data Manager. The position is designed for someone who can support human data operations across annotation, collection, processing, and analysis while helping improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Compensation and Commitment

The pay rate is between $40 and $55 per hour. The engagement is remote and can require anywhere from 10 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Create and oversee data workflows covering annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
Set up and track performance metrics that improve operational output and efficiency.
Study datasets to surface useful insights for informed decision-making.
Work with different teams to keep data operations aligned with business priorities.
Build reporting systems to monitor metrics, quality, and workflow effectiveness.
Keep refining processes to support scale, accuracy, and strong data integrity.
Own operational issues and move quickly to put practical fixes in place.

Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related area.
Hands-on background in data analysis, annotation, or workflow improvement.
Understanding of operational processes and methods used for continuous improvement.
Clear verbal and written communication skills for sharing insights effectively.
Strong analytical ability with close attention to data quality and validation details.
Capacity to work independently in a fast-moving remote setting.
Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and optimizing performance.
