Role overview
H2 Compliance, part of the Landbell Group, is hiring a hybrid HR & Operations Coordinator in Dublin. This is a full-time position with 1 to 2 in-office days each week and reporting to the Head of Consulting. The role supports an Irish team of 12 people as well as employees based across other EU countries and North America.
The successful candidate will work across HR and operational support activities, helping local and distributed teams stay aligned, compliant, and well supported.
Human resources support
- Work with an external partner to keep track of Irish employment law updates and make sure practices remain compliant and aligned with best standards.
- Serve as the first contact for HR-related questions, offering guidance where suitable and escalating issues to central or external HR when needed.
- Provide discreet and confidential support for the Employee Assistance Program, acting as an internal point of reference.
- Help ensure company policies are applied consistently, fairly, and in line with compliance expectations.
- Partner with the central HR team in the Landbell Group to improve employee experience, HR systems, and HR processes.
- Support initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across the workforce.
- Encourage team cohesion and strong internal communication to help build a positive workplace culture.
- Keep the central HR information system accurate and up to date.
- Compile and review HR data such as absence, turnover, employee relations trends, and training compliance, then present useful insights.
- Assist with pension and PRSA administration through a partner, and support payroll processing through a partner.
- Coordinate recruitment activity, onboarding, and support for new starters.
- Maintain centralized training records accurately for reporting, development tracking, and compliance purposes.
- Support learning and development by identifying upskilling needs and helping deliver development actions.
- Help manage grievance and disciplinary cases with the support of an external partner.
Management support
- Create presentations, reports, and leadership updates for senior stakeholders.
- Support risk management work by coordinating reports, tracking actions, and engaging relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare reporting input for the annual ESG process.
- Assist with change management activity so new processes and technologies are adopted smoothly.
- Coordinate local implementation of central policies relating to GDPR, IT security, artificial intelligence, and the Pay Transparency Act.
- Support the team with travel planning and event coordination.
Experience and skills
This position calls for strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and leadership skills, along with a proven track record of handling complex projects and contributing to change initiatives. Confidence with digital tools and strong data analysis capability are essential. The company is also looking for someone who is self-driven, comfortable working collaboratively, and committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
An existing HR qualification, or equivalent relevant experience, is required. Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel are needed to produce clear, high-impact presentations and reports that communicate findings, recommendations, and business direction effectively.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is €50,000 to €60,000, depending on experience.
