Housekeeping Attendant

Role overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Hilton in Doha, you will help keep guest rooms and shared hotel spaces clean, orderly, and welcoming. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort of guests and the overall hospitality experience.

What you will do

You will assist the housekeeping and laundry teams with daily hotel operations, making sure room and area cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

• Prepare guest rooms for cleaning before starting work.
• Clean and dust rooms and furniture, restock bathroom and guest supplies, sanitize bathrooms, tidy closets, vacuum, and care for carpets.
• Verify room security and ensure rooms are properly secured after service.
• Refill guest amenities in line with operating standards.
• Deliver requested items to guests and collect them back when needed.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain the security of occupied rooms.
• Carry out periodic deep-cleaning tasks such as steam-cleaning carpets and performing seasonal or intensive cleaning assignments.
• Clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and corridor floors in guest areas.
• Respond quickly to guest needs and greet every guest courteously, regardless of workload or time of day.
• Support a consistently positive relationship with guests.
