Role overview

This position is focused on creating a spotless, welcoming hotel environment that feels memorable for every guest, not just on completing routine room cleaning. The role suits someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining high standards across guest rooms and shared spaces.

Key duties

You will handle a broad mix of housekeeping tasks to keep the entire property looking polished and well cared for. That includes servicing guest rooms, refreshing bedding, responding to guest requests, restocking housekeeping carts, and cleaning public areas or other assigned spaces. You may also be asked to support other reasonable duties as needed.

Work standards

Success in this role depends on consistently maintaining a safe work environment, following company rules and procedures, protecting confidential information, and presenting yourself professionally in appearance and communication. The job involves being on your feet for long periods and actively moving throughout the shift. You should also be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Location and schedule

The position is based at 5 Teryan Street, Yerevan, Central District, Armenia, 0002. It is a full-time, non-management role and is not remote.
