About Le Café LPM
Le Café LPM brings the mood of the French Riviera to Dubai, presenting a neighbourhood café experience designed for the pace of modern city life. From early-morning coffee to evening spritzes, each service touchpoint is handled with the same attention and care as the food and drinks on the table.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Host to lead the front-of-house flow and shape the guest journey from the moment visitors arrive. This role acts as the first point of contact, managing reservations, greeting guests, and keeping seating arrangements moving smoothly while supporting the restaurant’s overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face of the café and set the tone for the guest experience.
- Handle reservations, waitlists, walk-ins, and table assignments efficiently.
- Keep seating balanced so the room operates smoothly throughout service.
- Maintain a polished, organised reception area at all times.
- Build and update guest details and profiles whenever possible.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Interact naturally with guests, including anticipating needs such as taking drink orders while seating them.
Requirements
- No previous experience is needed; a warm personality, confidence, and natural charm are the key qualities.
- Prior exposure to reservation software is beneficial.
- Strong spoken and written English is essential.
- Ability to speak Arabic, French, or another additional language is an advantage.
- Comfortable managing multiple guests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
