About the Role
Suger is building an AI-enabled orchestration layer for the fastest-growing B2B sales channels, including marketplaces and partner ecosystems, by connecting with core business systems. The company currently serves more than 300 customers, among them leading AI organizations such as LLM labs, Decagon, and Glean, as well as large enterprises like Snowflake, Workday, and Intel.
The company already has products that customers value and a sales approach that is working. The next step is to accelerate that momentum, and this position is effectively a founding growth marketing hire. The work will cover paid acquisition, organic growth, events, and related demand-generation efforts.
What You Will Own
- Design and execute the demand-generation engine across organic channels, communities, paid media, email, content, and events.
- Lead SEO, AEO, and GEO from start to finish, including keyword research, technical fundamentals, content briefs, on-page improvements, and building the company’s organic search base.
- Run cross-channel experiments, identify what is not delivering results, and scale the tactics that do.
- Work closely with Sales to refine ICP definitions and messaging.
- Develop co-marketing initiatives with cloud marketplace partners such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Snowflake.
- Set up the marketing operations backbone, including attribution, UTM tracking, HubSpot cleanliness, and reporting.
- Plan and coordinate field events and activations where target buyers are present.
- Turn successful tactics into repeatable programs.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, based on experience, market location, and overall fit.
