Role Overview
The GrandFlex team at Grandir UK is seeking flexible nursery support staff who can work across a close-knit group of settings. This role is designed for people who want adaptable hours, with options such as 16 hours per week, 40 hours per week, or something in between. Pay can be as high as £13.21 per hour depending on age and experience.
This position is for an unqualified practitioner and offers the chance to support children’s day-to-day learning, play, and wellbeing in a caring early years environment.
What You Will Do
- Act as a positive example for children while reflecting Grandir UK’s values in daily practice.
- Support children’s learning, play, and overall wellbeing throughout the day.
- Help build a warm, welcoming space for children and their families.
- Work with Level 3 qualified colleagues to prepare and deliver activities.
- Maintain a professional approach and protect confidentiality at all times.
- Work in line with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) expectations.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on care and ongoing improvement.
