About the Role

As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will begin contributing to live projects from your first week. The role involves supporting building design and structural calculations across a broad mix of projects in New Zealand and Australia.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Recent completion of a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
- Ability to commence in February 2027.
- Legal rights to work full-time in New Zealand.
- Genuine interest in structural engineering.
- Self-driven mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and progress professionally.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working collaboratively across disciplines.
- Previous vacation work or internship experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
- Experience in team-based retail, hospitality, or customer service roles is also an advantage.
