About the Role
Domino’s is looking for a restaurant leader who is ready to take full ownership of a store and keep daily operations running smoothly. This position suits someone who naturally steps into charge, stays organized, and can balance people management with business results. The role calls for good judgment, comfort with numbers, and the ability to handle several priorities at once.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving and flexible workplace, and the experience you gain here can support a long-term career. The company’s goal is to deliver great pizza and dependable service, and the General Manager plays a central role in making that happen.
Responsibilities
You will oversee everything that takes place in the restaurant. That includes managing cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relationships. You are expected to lead by example and make sure company policies and procedures are followed consistently by you and your team.
The role also includes preparing staff schedules, placing product orders, training team members, and participating in hiring decisions. In addition, the position is tied to a profit-share bonus program based on meeting cost-control targets.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. A minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience is preferred.
Additional Information
Domino’s values its team members and emphasizes teamwork across the business. The company notes that people are at the center of its culture and that success depends on strong collaboration.
Perks for this role include employee discounts, paid training, and the chance to build a long-term career. Team members can earn up to 80 hours of paid time off. Compensation has room to grow through the bonus program, and benefits are available to all team members, although eligibility for some benefits depends on the approximate number of hours worked each week. Profit share is also included.
The company also highlights that 90% of its franchisees began their careers as pizza makers or drivers. All candidate information will be handled confidentially in line with equal employment opportunity guidelines.
