Front Desk Coordinator

Role Overview

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to support its Wellington clinic. This role is available as full-time or part-time and is centered on delivering a welcoming patient experience while helping the clinic meet membership and sales targets. The company operates a large network of chiropractic clinics and emphasizes affordable, accessible wellness care.

Key Duties

• Deliver friendly, high-quality service to members and patients.
• Welcome visitors, check patients in, and support their visit flow.
• Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Work to re-engage inactive members and encourage renewed visits.
• Stay current on membership plans, package options, and promotional offers.
• Support clinic sales efforts by confidently presenting memberships and visit packages.
• Help maintain strong team relationships and contribute to shared goals.
• Keep the reception area and workspace clean, organized, and presentable.
• Escalate member concerns to management and follow clinic policies and procedures.
• Show openness to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain professionalism while standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Work in line with the company’s values of trust, integrity, excellence, respect, and accountability.

Schedule and Compensation

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $14.50 per hour plus bonus potential. Paid lunch breaks are included.

This position is with a franchisee of The Joint Corp. If hired, the franchisee will be your sole employer. Employment terms, including pay and benefits, are determined by the franchisee and may differ from one location to another.
