Fundamental Hospitality is hiring a Food Runner for La Maison Ani in Dubai. This position sits within a high-end restaurant environment and supports smooth, efficient service on the floor.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should already have experience in a comparable role in premium dining, be comfortable working in Dubai, and be ready to complete a trial shift. Strong English communication is essential, and knowledge of additional European languages will be an advantage.

Requirements

Prior experience in a similar position in upscale restaurant concepts
Good command of English
Additional European language ability is a plus
Must be based in Dubai at present
Availability to attend and complete a trial shift
