Job Overview
A food manufacturing company is seeking to hire a Food Quality Controller in Jeddah. This role focuses on ensuring that food products consistently meet the approved quality and food safety standards.
Key Duties
- Monitor the quality of food products and verify that they comply with the established standards.
- Implement quality control and food safety procedures across the work environment.
- Carry out regular inspections and document the findings accurately.
- Prepare quality reports and track any non-conformance cases until they are resolved.
- Support ongoing improvements in quality systems and production processes.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant qualification in food, quality, or an equivalent discipline.
- Good understanding of quality systems and food safety requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Work Location and Schedule
The position is based in Jeddah and follows a full-time schedule.
