Fire Chief

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for seasoned Fire Chiefs to oversee and direct all firefighting and emergency response activities within NEOM. This position is crucial for maintaining the operational readiness of our fire departments, ensuring efficient management of emergencies, and upholding adherence to Saudi Civil Defense regulations and established safety protocols.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in firefighting, fire safety, or emergency response operations is required. Familiarity with Saudi Civil Defense regulations and fire safety standards is essential. Prior experience in industrial, construction, infrastructure, or large-scale project environments is highly desirable. Experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity would be beneficial.
