Finance & Supply Chain Head

Role overview

The Finance & Supply Chain Head will take charge of finance, purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing partner coordination, warehousing, inventory control, and logistics. The position is focused on building efficient financial discipline, strong controls, dependable product availability, well-managed stock levels, and cost-conscious operations while helping expand the Ladeena brand across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

This is a practical leadership role for a seasoned professional who can design processes, work closely with external partners, and improve operational performance in a fast-growing consumer goods business.

Finance & accounting

• Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Produce monthly management accounts and KPI updates.
• Oversee cash flow and working capital management.
• Track profitability by channel and product category.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities.
• Coordinate annual audits and statutory filings.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi regulations and IFRS.

Procurement & strategic sourcing

• Handle procurement for packaging, raw materials, finished goods, marketing collateral, and services.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
• Create supplier scorecards and review supplier performance.
• Strengthen payment terms and purchasing efficiency.
• Put procurement controls and approval workflows in place.

Manufacturing partner management

• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, OEMs, and ODM partners.
• Coordinate production planning and replenishment schedules.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs, service levels, quality, and cost performance.
• Support new product launches and readiness for production.
• Negotiate manufacturing pricing and annual rate reviews.
• Build backup sourcing and manufacturing plans to reduce operational risk.

Supply chain & inventory management

• Develop demand planning and inventory forecasting processes.
• Maintain suitable stock coverage across all SKUs.
• Minimize stock-outs, excess stock, and obsolete inventory.
• Monitor inventory turnover and working capital efficiency.
• Align inventory plans with manufacturing partners and sales teams.

Warehouse operations

• Oversee warehouse activities and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure stock accuracy and compliance with cycle counts.
• Improve warehouse productivity and order fulfillment results.
• Create warehouse SOPs and operational controls.

Logistics & distribution

• Manage inbound and outbound movement of goods.
• Optimize transportation and delivery spend.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Track logistics provider performance.
• Support replenishment needs for distributor, pharmacy, and retail channels.

Systems & process improvement

• Enhance ERP and reporting systems.
• Implement operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead automation and process-efficiency initiatives.
• Set standard operating procedures across functions.

Team leadership

• Lead teams across finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
• Define performance goals and accountability structures.
• Support hiring and capability development as the business scales.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. Professional credentials such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, or supply chain certifications are considered an advantage.

Experience

The role calls for 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Background in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce is preferred. Prior responsibility for finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics functions is important, along with exposure to contract manufacturers and suppliers. Strong experience with ERP and financial systems is expected, and GCC experience is preferred.
