Role overview
Swan Global is looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to strengthen its team in Doha, Qatar. This role calls for a finance professional with solid exposure to financial operations in exchange houses, banking, or broader financial services. The right person will bring strong analytical ability, leadership confidence, and a hands-on approach to financial stewardship.
What you will handle
- Take charge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across the organization.
- Make sure financial activities remain aligned with regulations and internal company policies.
- Track cash flow, overall financial health, and exposure to risk.
- Produce precise financial statements and management-level reports.
- Manage audit activities and work closely with external auditors.
- Share financial guidance that supports business expansion and informed decision-making.
What the role calls for
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Eight to ten years of experience in finance management, ideally within an exchange house, banking, or financial services setting.
- A professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or an equivalent credential.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical thinking and leadership capabilities.
