Role Overview

The F&B Hostess will help the hotel’s Food & Beverage team deliver an excellent guest experience while supporting overall business performance and team effectiveness. This position focuses on maintaining service quality, safe and hygienic working conditions, and consistent brand standards through a courteous, prompt, and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves contributing to smooth daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring guests are served with high standards of care, and helping maintain a positive team atmosphere. The hostess is expected to support guest satisfaction, uphold sanitation and safety requirements, and work closely with the team to encourage quick issue resolution, training, and empowerment.

Qualifications

• A diploma in hotel management or a closely related discipline is required.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations is preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills and a genuine interest in leadership are important.
• Attention to detail is needed to support operational quality.
• Excellent guest service skills are essential.
