Position Summary

The Executive Recruiter role is a high-impact position that blends business development with end-to-end recruiting. The person in this seat is responsible for the full 360-degree hiring cycle, from generating new client opportunities to finding and placing strong candidates. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting workflow, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.

  • Handle the business side of placements by negotiating bill rates, conversion fees, and direct-hire percentages.
