Executive President

Role Overview

Magnolia Financial is looking for a senior executive to take charge of company-wide strategy, business operations, leadership alignment, and long-term expansion. The position is based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area and is a full-time, on-site role within the financial services, FinTech, and digital finance space.

What You Will Do

• Set the direction for the business through strategic planning and commercial development initiatives.
• Guide daily executive-level operations and oversee major business functions.
• Lead and coordinate the executive team to strengthen overall organizational performance.
• Support revenue acceleration, market entry, and partnerships that help the business scale.
• Establish and maintain strong governance, risk, and compliance systems.
• Improve internal workflows, operating efficiency, and organizational design.
• Work with the Board of Directors on significant corporate decisions.
• Act as a senior representative in discussions with investors, partners, clients, and other key stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate brings more than 20 years of management or executive leadership experience, along with a strong track record in finance, FinTech, banking, investment, digital assets, technology, or a related field. The role calls for someone who can lead complex organizations, manage executive teams, and make sound decisions in a high-growth environment.

Success in this position requires advanced strategic judgment, strong communication skills, clear leadership, and the ability to execute effectively at scale. Experience working with boards, investors, partners, and senior stakeholders is important, as is a strong grasp of business growth and organizational management.

Preferred Background

Experience in financial services, FinTech, investment platforms, or digital asset businesses is especially valuable. A broad network across investors, institutional clients, partners, or regulatory circles will be an advantage. Prior exposure to team building, market expansion, business transformation, or international operations is also desirable.
