An international law firm based near Liverpool Street is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Project Finance team. Key duties

Provide executive support to the Head of Department and a small set of colleagues within the Project Finance team.
Handle complex diary coordination, schedule meetings, and organise travel.
Contribute to a range of department projects and internal initiatives.
Communicate with clients and internal teams on behalf of the department.
Draft correspondence, create presentations, and prepare supporting documents.
Assist with expenses, billing-related tasks, and other day-to-day administrative work.
Serve as a reliable point of contact to help the team operate efficiently.

Candidate profile

Prior experience as an EA is required, preferably in a law firm or another professional services setting.
A confident and proactive style with the ability to manage varied priorities is important.
Strong organisation and a sharp eye for detail are essential.
You should be comfortable supporting senior leaders and developing effective working relationships.
Discretion, flexibility, and willingness to take on project work beyond core EA tasks are key.
