Executive Assistant - Fresher

About the role

AB Kids Life Coaching is hiring a full-time executive assistant for its founder in New Delhi. This position is intended for candidates based in Delhi and offers a chance to work closely with the founder inside a fast-growing parenting movement that focuses on helping families across India. It is a strong fit for someone who wants direct exposure to business execution, hands-on learning, and meaningful responsibility rather than a typical entry-level corporate role.

The role is suited to a smart, structured, and initiative-driven professional with around 0 to 2 years of experience who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal team members and monitor project timelines.
• Draft meeting summaries, trackers, and follow-up action points.
• Build and update Google Sheets, documents, and standard operating procedures.
• Support presentations, Canva-based visuals, and basic content coordination.
• Assist with outreach efforts, partnerships, collaborations, and special assignments.
• Help organize events, workshops, BNI meetings, and online activities.

Tools and platforms

• Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Canva for simple design and presentation support.
• Notion for organization and documentation.
• WhatsApp Web for communication.
• Zoom for virtual meetings and coordination.

Eligibility and additional details

Applicants must be from Delhi and based in New Delhi. The position is for candidates with 0 to 2 years of work experience. The employer is looking for someone who is highly organized, careful with details, able to communicate clearly and professionally, responsible in following through on commitments, quick to learn, adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable solving problems to keep work moving smoothly.
