Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling needs across several time zones.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transport, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Sort, prioritize, and respond to incoming communication such as emails, calls, and written correspondence.
  • Create presentations, reports, agendas, meeting packs, and executive-facing communication materials.
  • Record meeting notes, monitor action items, and follow up to keep work moving to completion.
  • Plan and coordinate internal meetings, client sessions, board meetings, and leadership offsites.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for executives, business leaders, clients, and external partners while preserving confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • A consistently professional approach with strong judgment around confidentiality.
  • Good problem-solving ability and the capacity to anticipate executive needs.
