The Events Coordinator will work with minimal supervision to help plan, organize, and deliver live, virtual, and hybrid events that drive audience participation, reinforce the brand, and support business and community goals. Key responsibilities

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, plus at least 1 year of hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, experiential marketing, hospitality, or audience engagement; or at least 3 years of directly relevant hands-on experience in those areas.
  • Practical experience managing live, virtual, or hybrid events from early planning through final delivery.
  • Background in contract administration, purchase requests, invoicing, and vendor payment communication.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities at once.
