Role overview
A technology company near Bracknell is growing its training function and is seeking a skilled learning specialist to join the team. The position focuses on designing engaging digital learning materials for both staff and customers, with the opportunity to expand into live training delivery over time.
What you will do
- Design and build eLearning modules and related learning content.
- Develop training materials for both internal audiences and external clients/customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape and refine learning content.
- Progress toward delivering live training sessions, both in-house and externally.
Required experience and tools
- Hands-on experience creating learning content using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong working knowledge of Articulate Storyline or Articulate 360.
Nice to have
- Experience using Camtasia.
- Any background in delivering live training sessions.
Compensation
The package includes a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 plus a bonus.
Location
This role is based near Bracknell, England, United Kingdom and is onsite.
