You will help lead and expand a fast-growing online learning platform centered on workforce development and career change. Key responsibilities

• Run the platform’s daily operations and drive ongoing improvements to ensure learners receive a strong educational experience.
• Coordinate the delivery of several training programs while managing resources, instructors, and support functions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Create and implement expansion plans for international growth, including adding multilingual content and improving access across markets.
• Hire, onboard, train, and guide cross-functional teams, encouraging strong collaboration and high performance in distributed settings.
• Improve student acquisition, participation, retention, and revenue through better processes and new initiatives.
• Define, track, and review KPIs to measure program performance and uncover improvement opportunities.
• Build scalable operating systems and workflows that support efficiency and long-term growth.
• Work with leadership to ensure educational initiatives support wider business goals and strategic priorities.
• Spot opportunities to improve the product, enter new markets, and support organizational development.

Requirements

• Background in project management, product management, operations management, or a similar leadership role in EdTech, e-learning, SaaS, or related sectors.
• Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage several initiatives at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and scale remote or distributed teams.
• Strategic thinking with solid business understanding and the ability to contribute to long-term growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to take ownership of operational and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Comfort interpreting data, monitoring performance metrics, and using insights to improve operations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional remote teams.
• Experience in workforce development, vocational education, training programs, or trade-related fields is a plus.
• English and Spanish bilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
